For clinics and rehabs
Aftercare your whole team can work from.
Keyworkers can see when a client asks for help or hasn’t checked in, so they can reach out when a hard night needs more. Directors get monthly reporting on engagement and aftercare participation. Clients and their families get support every day and every night, in your clinic’s name.
From £99 per client a year. Families included. Planned for January 2027.
Before dischargeSetting up with a keyworker
You already do aftercare. Be Again carries it into the hours in between.
Your discharge plans, groups and check-in calls stay at the centre. Be Again extends them to the evenings, weekends and 2am moments your team can’t cover, for every client and their family at once.
Your discharge plan, with aftercare booked.
They set up the app with their keyworker before they leave, and choose what to share with you.
Your on-call cover and weekly groups.
Support in the hours in between, in your programme’s language, with a flag to your on-call team in a crisis.
Check-in calls and groups.
Missed check-ins flagged the same day, so your team can follow up.
Family sessions, where you offer them.
Family get their own support every day, and can share a worry with you because the client agreed.
No extra noise for your team. You choose who gets flags: crisis signals can go to whoever’s on call, and everything else can wait for the next shift.
What’s in it, for each person involved
One platform gives you the app for clients and families, and the platform for your team. Pick a role to see what it does for them.
Clinic director
“Can we stay closer to people after discharge, and report on how they engage?”
Aftercare that carries your name, with reporting on how clients engage.
- Your brand
- Your name, colours and logo throughout the app and the platform.
- Reporting
- Monthly reports on engagement and aftercare participation, ready to share with your board and commissioners.
- A route back
- When someone needs more, your team can offer a review or a return to treatment, with their consent.
- Someone on your side
- A named person to get your team and clients set up and using it well.
- Simple pricing
- From £99 per client a year, with families included.
Clinical lead
“Will we know who’s struggling, without reading their private messages?”
Flags support your team’s clinical judgement. They don’t replace it.
- Flags
- When a client asks for help, goes quiet, misses check-ins or a linked family member raises a worry, your team sees it the same day. Be Again doesn’t assess clinical risk, and it won’t catch every hard night.
- Your crisis protocol
- Your own steps appear on every crisis flag, so whoever is on call knows exactly what to do.
- Your programme, your words
- Set up around your approach, whether that’s 12-step, SMART Recovery, faith-based or your own model.
- Consent first
- Clients choose what your clinic sees. Your team never sees what they write to Be Again.
Keyworker
“When a flag comes in on my shift, what do I actually do?”
Know who needs you, and what to do about it.
- Caseload
- Everyone in aftercare in one list, with search, filters and when they last checked in.
- Reach out your way
- Call, message in the app under your clinic’s name, or ask to join their chat. You only join if they say yes.
- Call outcomes
- Log what happened in a tap. The flag closes and the record keeps the history for the next person on shift.
- Bookings
- Aftercare, therapy and family sessions booked from the app and connected to your diary.
Your clients
“What do I do at 11pm on the first Friday home?”
Your care, carried into everyday life.
- Support at any hour
- Someone to talk to at 2am, between sessions and on the days that go wrong.
- In your clinic’s language
- The approach they learned with you, carried on at home.
- RecoveryDNA
- With consent, it carries forward what they worked on with you: triggers, plans and the people who help. Support gets more personal over time.
- Crisis support, always free
- When a client is struggling, Be Again never limits them or asks them to upgrade, and helps them reach people if they might be in danger.
Their families
“How do I tell someone I’m worried without going behind their back?”
The people at home, supported too.
- Their own support
- Partners, parents and siblings get help with what to say, what not to say and how to look after themselves.
- A safe way to raise a worry
- With the client’s agreement, family can tell your team they’re worried. Nobody goes behind anyone’s back.
- Family sessions
- Promote and book family sessions straight from the app.
The platform your team works from
Three screens your team will use every day, shown here for an example clinic. We’ll walk you through the rest in your demo.

Everyone in aftercare, on one screen
The caseload shows every client in aftercare, how long they’ve been home, when they last checked in and any flags. Be Again doesn’t assess or monitor clinical risk, and it won’t catch every hard night.
- Search, and filter by flagged, first month, gone quiet or family linked
- Crisis signals, going quiet, missed check-ins and family concern
- In your clinic’s name, colours and logo

Open a flag, and know what to do
Each flag opens the client’s record with your own crisis protocol beside it. Call, message under your clinic’s name, or ask to join their chat. You only join if they say yes. Meanwhile Be Again stays with them, and you can see what they’re being shown.
- Your crisis steps on every crisis flag
- Log the call outcome in a tap, and the history stays for the next person on shift
- Only what the client agreed to share. Never what they write

Monthly reporting, ready to share
A report each month on engagement and aftercare participation, built from what clients have agreed to share. Export it as a PDF for your board, commissioners and funders.
- Who’s still checking in, week by week since discharge
- Flags raised, and how quickly your team followed them up
- Family members linked and taking part
Built on consent
Clients decide what your clinic sees, and can change it in the app at any time. It’s designed so clients keep using it.

Questions clinics ask
Anything else, email hello@beagain.app
Does it replace our aftercare programme?
No. Groups, sessions and keyworkers stay at the centre. Be Again covers the hours in between and tells your team when someone needs you.
What can our team see?
Only what each client agrees to share: whether they’ve checked in, alerts if they may be at risk, worries from family they’ve linked, bookings and milestones. Never what they write.
What happens when there’s a crisis signal?
Be Again stays with the client, free, and helps them reach someone who can be with them while it keeps talking. If they’ve agreed, your on-call team gets a flag with your own crisis protocol attached, and your team decides what to do, as you would now.
Who receives the flags?
You decide. Flags go to the people and on-call rota you choose during setup.
Does it work with our approach?
Yes. We set it up around your model and language, whether that’s 12-step, SMART Recovery, faith-based or your own.
How do clients and families join?
Clients set it up with their keyworker before discharge and choose what to share. Family join by invite from the client.
What does it cost?
From £99 per client a year, with families included. We’ll go through the details in the demo.
How is client data handled?
Clients own their information and choose what to share with you. We’ll take your team, including your data protection lead, through how it’s handled in the demo.
Clinical safety and governance
Is Be Again a treatment?
No. Be Again offers support, not treatment or diagnosis. It works alongside your programme and your team.
Do flags replace clinical judgement?
No. Flags help your team decide who to contact first. What happens next is your team’s clinical decision, following your own protocol.
What if a flag comes in when no one’s on call?
Be Again staff don’t monitor flags. The client is always offered crisis lines directly in the app, and Be Again stays with them while they reach someone. The flag waits for your team.
Will it catch every crisis?
No. Be Again is a support tool. It won’t catch every crisis, and it doesn’t replace your own risk assessment and safeguarding processes.
Who is it for?
Adults aged 18 and over.
What will our clinical and data protection leads see?
In the demo we give them a full walkthrough of our safety approach, how data is processed and how we protect it.
Can clinicians join a client’s conversation?
Only if the client agrees. Anything a clinician writes in that chat becomes part of your clinic’s record.
